Does Bliss provide cleaning supplies?

Yes, we do—for all one-time, deep cleaning, and specialty services. Our teams arrive fully equipped with high-quality, safe cleaning products and tools. For weekly cleaning clients, we kindly ask that you provide your own preferred supplies. Not sure what to use? We offer a Bliss Starter Kit for ฿4,350—designed to give you everything needed for your with weekly cleaning service, and we also sell our own all-natural cleaners

How does Bliss access my home if I’m not there?

We understand the importance of trust and security. If you choose to provide a key to your home, it is securely stored at our main office and only issued to your assigned housekeeper on the day of service. We work with you directly to find a method of access that you’re completely comfortable with.

What happens to my weekly cleaning service when I’m out of town?

You don’t need to cancel your service. Bliss offers flexible options for clients who travel—including deep-cleaning upgrades while you're away or even help with bill payments if needed. If you’ll be gone for an extended period, just provide 30 days’ notice to pause or cancel your service with no penalty. We also offer month-to-month prepaid service options for greater flexibility.

Can I hire a live-in housekeeper?

Yes. Through our Clean & Care consultation service, Bliss can help match you with live-in domestic workers. We carefully vet all placements and conduct a home visit beforehand to ensure a safe, fair working environment for the staff.

Does Bliss offer hourly cleaning?

No, we do not offer hourly cleaning. Instead, we provide half-day and full-day options to ensure our team has enough time to deliver the high-quality results that Bliss is known for.

Can Bliss help with childcare?

Bliss does not currently offer certified nanny services. However, if you’re using our Clean & Care program and want support with childcare tasks, we can try to match you with a staff member who’s comfortable with that role. The final decision is always yours, and we encourage clear expectations during setup.

I already have a housekeeper—can she attend Bliss training?

Absolutely. The Bliss Mae Baan Network offers housekeeper training for both job-seekers and currently employed women. If you’d like to enroll your housekeeper, we suggest a ฿3,000 donation to help cover training costs.

Are your housekeepers registered with the government?

Yes. All housekeepers we train and place are either Thai citizens or hold legal work permits that allow employment in Thailand.
